i'll say this as a recount and instead just describe about EVERYTHING to you intead dear blog :)
well, so i woke up at 6 in the morning, caught the train.!!! except the fact that louisa caught the other one. but never the matter, i found anna and anna at parra already. so we went on the train, monique missed it! and met clare, which is pretty nice. a bit quiet. or maybe just cause we were all loud D:
anyways, we got to central, waited for other people who missed the train to get there, caught the lightrail and got to darling harbour, where the NYLD was held. man the place was HUGE!.
its like, opposite the fountains, its a pretty big building, with lots of chairs and three screens and everything. anyways, hard to believe, but you could tweet, and it'll show on the screen! which was. cool. i must admit. already, i was impressed!
i tweeted: " at national young leaders day, where are all the hot guys? shout out to blah, blah,blah." friends that was there. you get the point.
after that, we listened to 5 speakers in total, and i have to say, they were ALL good. literally, there was really no points that i wanted to sleep. and we got to do "activities'' like how to fold a paper plane :) finally learnt.
afterwards, at like 2:30, it ended, and the others minus me and monique and vinu decided to stay in the city.
i was allowed, don't get me wrong. i dunno i had cramps and i felt bad. so me and monique decided to take our own in parra, except she was sick and wanted to go home. oh wells. i can always take caps in another time.
national young leaders conference was a great thing. i'm really glad i decided to pay that 28 bucks and more. i learnt a lot today :) at least now i know i can be better and can also be a leader, without a badge or being rich an famous.
